I am Mehnaz Kiran. I belong to Karachi Pakistan. Before I joined DXN business, I worked with a Shipping Company as a Sales Manager for 9 years. But the job did not give me much satisfaction due to the uncertainty in the industry and time frame. It was the main reason for me to look for an alternative that could serve as a backup plan to support myself and at the same time to fulfill my dream.
The beginning of my journey with DXN was a blessing from God but it was an accident. My father got sick, he had heart problem and had heart attack 3 years back doctor said take him to the home because his heart was not working normal just 25%. Someone guided me about DXN ORGANIC PRODUCTS. We started DXN products along with medicine. Alhamdullillah he became much better than before by using DXN products. When my father got health I wanted to spread it out and started DXN with passion.
I didn’t know the essence of DXN BUSINESS. When I came to know that there is NO BOSS I was surprised n glad, that this is great. A wise man once said that the future only belongs to those who have the ability to foresee it and sacrifice the pleasures of the present in order to gain it.

As I read through a financial report that Apple (Company) has entered the trillion dollars realm, I was curious to know more about the company.

In my search, I stumbled into a pathetic story concerning one of the co-founders of Apple by name, Ronald Wayne.

This man (pictured above) co-founded Apple Computers (now Apple Inc.) with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. He drew the first Apple logo, drafted the first original agreement between the founders and wrote the first manual for their first computer.

He held a 10% share in the company but soon decided to relinquish it for $800 and was given additional $1500 to forfeit all right of ownership two weeks after the company was officially registered in 1976.

His reason for that decision was that the company was very financially demanding!!

Today, if Ronald Wayne had kept his 10% share, he would have been worth over a 100 billion dollars. That would have made him the richest or second richest man on earth. But the total value of what Ronald Wayne collected in 1976 stands at $ 9,498 in 2017.

Today Ronald Wayne is worth $ 300,000 less than the million dollar mark, yet the agreement he drafted was sold for over a million dollars after he left.

The first Apple product he ever owned was iPad 2 given to him in 2011.
Ronald Wayne said it was demanding on him financially. If only he saw today, his decision of 1976 would have been so different.

Friends, Everything of lasting value is highly demanding. Believe you me: Greatness is not a product of convenience. The greatness of tomorrow begins with the sacrifice of today.

Today Ronald Wayne in his right will be said to be financially OK at $700,000 but hearing the news that the company he cofounded is the first company to hit the trillion dollars mark will send many thoughts to his mind.

What will his children say when they hear this pathetic story?? Had our father....... Only God can describe what will be going on in their minds.

_There are habits you can develop that will make you poor forever. I am one of the many people who had developed eight habits that almost destroyed my life. If you want to remain poor and desperate forever, try the following habits._

*1. Sleeping early and waking up late.*

Poor people sleep early and wake up late. Statistics from a popular researcher in USA showed that nearly 90% of the poor people sleep between 7pm and 9pm and wake up between 6am and 9am while rich people sleep earliest 9pm and wake up latest 6am.

In life, the more time you dedicate into your work, the higher the chances of getting optimum results.

Poor people don’t see the value of putting more time into their work, they simply work under instructions.

*2. Take a lot of alcohol daily and other hard drugs.*

The worst mistake you can make is to start swimming into alcohol. You will eventually become an addict, thus affecting your output.

If you want to be rich, you must have specific time you take alcohol and the limit set.

*3. Keep lazy friends.*

Your friends will determine how far you’ll get in life because your thoughts and your friends thoughts are almost similar. If you have lazy friends, friends with little ambitions, the only thing you can achieve in life is breathing.

*4. Marry and have many children when you have nothing.*

If you’re born by poor parents, the best thing to do to your life is not to marry when you have nothing or if you get married don’t have many children. It’s ironical that rich people have few children while poor people have several children.

When you give birth, that child will always look up to you for all the basic needs a human being needs. If you have 3 to 20 children, you will need several granaries of food to satisfy them. Nearly all your resources will be directed towards upkeep.

*5. Spend too much time in school and college.*

Education should have limits. On this earth, no employer will pay you money enough to satisfy you even if you possess 30 degrees. Rich people have few academic papers because they know the value of being innovative as opposed to possessing many degrees. If you look around, you will hardly find a billionaire professor, why?!!

*6. Avoiding risks.*

Most people always like to take safe routes, which is why they are poor.

Great opportunities are hidden where risks are high. When you avoid taking risks, it means you have decided to settle for less.

*7. Minding other people’s business.*

When you focus too much on other people’s affairs, you forget about your purpose in life.To succeed, you have to take time to plan, execute and see results. But if your work is to monitor what others are doing, you will achieve little.

*8. Being an employee forever.*
