The deeper I dive into this practice, the more I realize that yoga is about remembering who we truly are beneath all the noise, fears, ego and expectations.

This year has reminded me to trust the unfolding of life, to surrender when I cannot understand, and to believe that every experience and every chapter arrives exactly when it is meant to.

Grateful for all the teachers and friends I have met along this journey, for every practice, every challenge, every moment of connection and every step on this beautiful path that continues to transform my life ✨
