Got a bio‑perm, and a week later your curls turned into straw? In hot climates, this is a common issue. But it can be prevented.

Here are 3 rules that work:

1️⃣ Hydration without heaviness
Use lightweight leave‑in products with keratin. Estel Otium Aqua is a great choice — it hydrates and protects against humidity.

2️⃣ Minimal heat
Dry on a cool setting. Hot air + UV rays = dehydrated curls.

3️⃣ Acidic care
Once a week, use a restorative mask with low pH. It seals the cuticle and extends the life of your curls.

Important: a bio‑perm needs maintenance. Without proper care, even a perfect perm won’t survive the sun and hard water.
