Spine deformity surgery. Lumbar spine kyphosis with chronic intractable pain and disability. Good clinical result after procedure.

Failed back surgery syndrome. Severe pain and disability after surgery outside UAE. Problem was fixation without discectomy and inter-body fusion. It was corrected by proper pan-discectomy and inter-body fusion. The patient feels amazing after procedure.
