✨ Every hair transformation starts with an honest consultation.

This client came to me after a long journey of color corrections.

• She had her first highlights done at another salon.
• She wasn’t happy with the result, so the hair was colored darker.
• Later, she had a treatment that contained chemicals, which caused the color to turn orange.
• Another attempt was made by darkening the roots, leaving the hair with uneven, unwanted tones.

When she came to me, we had two options:

🖤 Option 1: Cover everything with a very dark color.
This would hide the unwanted shades, but it would also leave her with almost black hair, making it extremely difficult to go lighter again because the hair’s base had already been altered.

✨ Option 2: Choose the healthy, long-term plan.
We used a toner to soften and blend the unwanted tones while keeping her hair in the lighter family. This approach protects the quality of her hair and preserves as much of her natural base as possible.

Hair correction is a process—not a one-day transformation.

With patience, regular appointments, and the right care, she’ll be ready for beautiful highlights again in approximately 6–7 months, without sacrificing the health of her hair.

This client has been trusting me with her blonde journey for almost 3 years. 🤍

Most of the time, we do a Full Head Highlights, and occasionally we choose a Half Head Highlights to keep her hair healthy while reducing the amount of bleach used.

She also has some gray hair, so instead of covering it with one solid color, we add more highlights to blend the gray naturally. This technique helps hide around 90% of the gray hair while keeping the blonde soft and natural.

After lifting, we achieved:
✨ Clean, even highlights.
✨ No yellow tones.
✨ A smooth blend from roots to ends.
✨ Hair that was ready to absorb the toner evenly.

When the lightening is this clean, the toner works perfectly, giving us a bright, clean cool blonde without any unwanted warmth.

She didn’t ask for orange. She asked for blonde.

This is one of the most common things I see in the chair — and it’s almost never the client’s fault.

Hair doesn’t lift straight to blonde. It goes through red, then orange, then yellow. If the lift stops too early, or the wrong toner goes on top, you get brass. Push it harder to “fix” it fast and you don’t get blonde — you get damage.

So here’s how I approached it: assess the condition first, correct the underlying pigment, then tone. In that order. Every time.
