Do you feel like going from one extreme to another? There is a connection, breathe in, breath out, can you extend the moments in between? Mat practice is usually lacking in pulling vs the amount of pushing actions. Keep it balanced, explore opportunities where you can use them, try folding fwd with cobra engagement or check it out during aerial class ;)
