If you are struggling to sleep soundly at night, and you are yawning through out the day, then you might want to consider sleeping in a completely dark room!
Why? We have a multitasking hero of a hormone called Melatonin! It is the anti cancer hormone, anti inflammatory hormone, a strong antoxidant, a strong immunomodulator, and also the anti caner hormone! The hormone is best produced in complete darkness!
If you really do not like to sleep in complete darkness, try to buy a red colored light for your bedroom!

Ayurveda is Magic! It’s just a big box of secrets, an ocean of knowledge, the more you dive in, the deeper it gets! Who knew all the wisdom shared by Acharyas 6500 years ago is still relevant in this 21st century?!

Coming to the point- the best treatment for removing cellulite and to lose weight in Ayurveda, is called Udwarttana, a kind of strong, dry powder massage. In my clinic, we make our own anti-cellulite powder with horse gram powder as one of the most important ingredients.

I strongly recommend Udwarthana to my clients for weight loss beacuse of the following reasons:

This post is for people who believe in improving health, preventing diseases, interested in fat loss & weight loss.

Breakfast is like any other meal. 1000s of studies prove that theres no significant fat reduction, or weight reduction or improved energy through out the day happening with having breakfast

In fact, skipping breakfast does help with fat loss and normalizing insulin levels
▫️
Here is the science behind it 👉
We have a hormone called the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) which is a fat-burning hormone and also plays a major role in muscle building. Skipping breakfast or fasting increases catecholamines, which increases resting energy expenditure, while decreasing insulin levels, which allows stored fat to be burned for fuel!

Just have a think: In our nutrition curriculum, we are told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But who makes/ influences the Nutrition curriculum? The multi billion dollar food lobbies and breakfast cereal lobbies!
