Two months ago, I decided to create our own Mixed Asian Food kiosk brand that I'm planning to expand for franchising after our testing at the Night Market.

By God's grace, we're surviving and today, my wallet holds only a few coins and a one-way Metro ride to our shop.

For a moment, it felt like a dead end…like everything I’ve fought for was slipping away.

But then I whispered to myself the truth tattooed on my back:
I am a victorious, precious child of God.
No struggle can erase that. No desert season can silence that.

Dubai has tested me.
Nine months of fighting, hoping, building with almost nothing.

Some days I wanted to quit…
Just take a job and stop dreaming.
But I wasn’t born for ordinary.
My heart beats for creating, leading, building something out of nothing.
Still I wanna choose to keep moving forward.

Maybe I need an angel investor.
Maybe I need a miracle.
Maybe God is stretching my faith to its limit.
I honestly don’t know.

But this is what I hold on to with the last piece of strength I have:
God is with me. And nothing is impossible with Him.

If you’re in your own “one-way card” moment, don’t lose hope.

Cry if you must.
Pause if you need to.
But don’t stop.

This is not our dead end.
This is the chapter before the breakthrough.
One day we will look back and say,
“This was the moment that built the CEO in me.”

MY SILENT BATTLE

Everything we have is received and not deserved.

Every blessing is a gift, and every struggle is a lesson.

And sometimes, the hardest moments remind us that even our strength is something God gives, not something we earn.

Tonight… I cried again.
Not because I’m weak,
but because I’ve been fighting battles nobody sees.

People see my posts,
my dreams,
my strength,
my businesses…
but they don’t see the nights when my heart is breaking.

They don’t see me wiping my tears quietly
because I miss my two angels so much.
I miss my mom.
I miss my siblings.
I miss home.

And sometimes, the loneliness hits me so hard
that I can’t even breathe.

But you know what?
Even in my lowest moments…
God still carries me.

I’m learning that being strong
doesn’t mean you never cry.
Being strong means you cry,
you fall apart,
you break down —
but you still stand up again
because you know you were born for something greater.

Dubai didn’t bring me here to fail.
God didn’t bring me this far to abandon me.

Every long night, every struggle, every tear
is preparing me for the breakthrough I’ve been praying for.

This is my silent battle…
but it is also my silent becoming.

One day, my kids will look at me and say,
“My mom didn’t give up.
Mama fought for us.”

One day, my family will see why I had to be strong.
One day, I will stand on a stage and share my life testimony
with pride, power, and victory.
And I will always give back All the Glory to my God.

But for now…
this is my season of faith.
My season of trusting.
My season of fighting.
My season of rising.

To anyone going through a silent battle too —
you are not alone.
God is with you.

And we will win this.
Maybe not today,
maybe not tonight,
but in His perfect time…

Today is my birthday, and before this day ends, I just want to pause and thank God with all my heart.

Thank You, Lord, for the gift of life, for good health, and for carrying me through another year. This past year has not been easy—full of heaviness, hardship, and battles that almost broke me. Yet by Your amazing grace, I survived. When I felt I could no longer go on, You never left me. You carried me, strengthened me, and reminded me that with You, I lack nothing.

Yes, there were people who hurt me deeply. But I chose to forgive, because vengeance belongs only to the Lord.

And even in the darkest moments, You sent angels—few but precious people who helped me stand again and start a new life here in Dubai.

This is the first birthday I’ve had without a party, without cake, without an extravagant celebration. Truthfully, I could not afford it. But I realized… I already have everything, because I have God in me. And that is more than enough to fill my heart with great joy.

I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I know the One who holds my future. And I believe, in His perfect time, God will reveal His great plan for my life.

To anyone reading this who feels broken, abandoned, or empty—hold on. Trust God. He will never leave you, and He will carry you too.

Today, as I sip my coffee from this special mug gifted by my son that says “Best Mom in the World,”

I am reminded of my greatest WHY—my two angels, the reason I rise every morning, fight every battle, and build every dream. 💖

As a CEO, especially when you’re just starting out, please don’t carry the weight of your dream alone.

Even back home, I was already a successful entrepreneur in the pharmaceutical industry. A licensed pharmacist running my own business confidently.

But when I stepped into franchising, we didn’t hesitate to hire a franchise consultant. We paid millions because we knew the value of doing it right and expanding professionally.

Later, when I started my resort and restaurant business, I also hired a business development consultant. Why? Because I understood this truth:

We cannot be great at Everything...

And real leaders are not afraid to say “I need help.”

The road to success is not meant to be walked alone. Having a consultant, mentor, or coach is not a weakness — it’s a smart move.
It shortens the learning curve.
It saves you from costly trial and error.
It gives you access to wisdom that took others years (and failures) to earn.

So, to all startup CEOs out there:

Don’t isolate yourself.Surround yourself with people who know what you don’t.

Be open to guidance.

Starting the Week with a Grateful Heart.

From boardrooms to metro rides — this is the beautiful season of starting all over again as an entrepreneur. And I’m embracing it with full faith and gratitude. 🙏

Today, I just want to pause and thank God for the special gift He has given me — an entrepreneurial mind by heart and soul.

It’s not something I’ve just learned… it’s something I am. Since I was a little girl, I already had that spark — selling small things, creating opportunities, and dreaming of building something from nothing.

Through the years, wherever life brought me, I kept on creating, launching, and building.

My mind is constantly filled with business ideas — sometimes it feels like a flood that never stops! 😅

As I always say in my short speeches — whether in small entrepreneur gatherings or when speaking to college graduates back home:

"Being an entrepreneur is a gift. Everyone can do business, but not everyone can do it successfully."

I may be starting from scratch again here in Dubai, but I carry this gift with me. And I know this gift isn’t just for me — it’s for others too. To lift others up. To help one CEO at a time rise and succeed.

Let’s use our God-given talents not just to survive — but to make a real difference.
