Finding hair on your pillow, in the shower, on your brush?
That’s not automatically a problem. But ignoring the pattern might be. 👇
Hair fall and hair loss look similar — but they’re completely different conditions with different treatments.
Here’s what no one tells you:
→ Up to 100 strands/day is completely normal
→ But widening parts, temples pulling back, or no regrowth? That’s hair loss.
→ UAE’s hard water, extreme heat, and high-stress lifestyle accelerate both — and your body shows it first in your hair.
The earlier you catch it, the simpler the solution.

Doctors are making content now. I know it looks weird.
But honestly? This is where people are. Scrolling at midnight, scared about a symptom, looking for answers. And the answers they’re finding aren’t always right.
Every day in clinic, I spend time correcting things patients read online or saw in a reel. Things that sounded convincing. Things that were shared thousands of times. Things that had zero medical basis.
And I don’t blame the patients. The content is confident, it’s everywhere and it’s designed to be believed.
That’s exactly the problem.
If misinformation can go viral, so can the truth. And if people are turning to social media for health information which they are, whether we like it or not, then doctors need to be part of that conversation.

Not to perform. Not for followers.
Just to make sure that when someone is scared and searching, they have a chance of finding something real.
THAT’S WHY I AM HERE ✨
Your lipstick isn’t giving you cancer… but blindly trusting every ingredient for daily wear? That’s the real risk.
⚠️ Parabens, phthalates, triclosan, formaldehyde releasers—these are in products we use every day. Legal doesn’t always mean safe.
Read labels like a doctor, not just a consumer.
💬 Comment “SAFE” and I’ll send you a list of safer alternatives you can actually trust.

Perfect skin doesn’t exist.
Not in my patients. Not in me. Not in real life.
I’ve seen flawless routines still break out, expensive products fail, and the simplest habits transform someone’s skin.
Skincare isn’t about perfection—it’s about understanding your skin, being consistent, and being kind to it (and yourself).
Because behind every ‘before & after’ is patience, trial, error… and a very real human story.

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 is that girl!
This isn’t just a moisturizer — it’s a skin barrier repair cream.
✔ Vitamin B5 (panthenol) → heals & calms
✔ Shea butter + dimethicone → seals & protects
✔ Zinc + madecassoside → soothes irritation
Think of it as a “bandage for your skin” 🩹
Perfect after peels, lasers, or when your skin is just angry.
In simple terms: hydrates + repairs + protects = faster healing
Vitamin C doesn’t darken your skin.
It actually helps reduce pigmentation and protects against UV-induced damage.
If your skin looks darker after sunscreen + Vitamin C, it’s usually:
• Inadequate sunscreen quantity
• No reapplication
• Oxidation or product layering issues
Antioxidants + sunscreen = better protection, not darker skin.

We grew up with besan, not face wash. 🧡
And honestly?
It can work.
But using it daily — can dry out your skin and damage your barrier.
Do you still use besan?
POV: Thought the rain would cancel your day… but your patients said otherwise 💁♀️✨
Rain or shine, skincare doesn’t take a day off 🌧️➡️🌟
Think sunscreen makes you darker? Think again.
Always here for my patients — not just during appointments, but after too 🤍
Because healing doesn’t follow clinic hours.
Here’s what most people don’t realize 👇
✨ The most attractive faces aren’t perfect — they’re unique.
Good aesthetic treatments should make you look like you on your best day… not someone else.
