Neem Masoor Facial Scrub
This is a dry facial scrub suitable for oily skin. Just add honey to make a paste and gently scrub the face in a circular motion.
People with dry skin can also use this scrub by adding a little olive oil and applying the paste similarly.
You could also leave it on the skin for a while before washing it off completely. The neem is an antiseptic with several medicinal benefits while the honey moisturises once the dal does the exfoliation of dead cells. Rejuvenate your skin with the goodness of neem,honey and masoor dal and a lingering smell of lemon essential oil.
The lemon essential oil balances the overactive sebaceous glands thereby preventing acne.

Foot Scrub
Our feet support, ground and connect us to the Earth we stand upon. On an emotional level they represent our foundation, security and inner strength.
Each foot has over 7000 nerve endings 107 ligaments 19 muscles 26 bones (1/4 th of all the bones of our body). For most people, feet are a low priority when it comes to the care and attention compared to other parts of the body.
Just soak your tired feet in a basin of warm water for a while. Then massage your feet with this scrub and then wash off. Pat them dry and apply vaseline.
The Eucalyptus oil in the scrub will exfoliate, invigorate and deodorise your feet making you feel nice.
Not recommended for pregnant women an those with epileptic tendency.
