When testing foundation, don’t just ask, “Is this the right colour”, you need to look at the undertone too.

Foundation has two things to consider:

1. Depth
How light or deep the foundation is

2. Undertone
Whether the foundation leans warm, cool or neutral.

You could have the right depth, but the wrong undertone.

Think of the label as a clue, not a guarantee. Different brands describe their shades differently.

Weight loss has not necessarily been a positive on my wardrobe.

Letting go of my favourite clothing items has brought a grief I didn’t know I’d have.

Replacing nearly everything in my wardrobe has been expensive! Especially when I’ve bought items multiple times.

Clothes don’t fit/sit the same anymore. The styles and cuts I used to gravitate to, no longer work.
