I love my job and feel truly passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences in aged care. For me, this work is not only about skills and training, but also about compassion, patience, tolerance, respect and dignity.
We train international students overseas who have the intention of coming to Australia to complete their work placements and begin their journey in the aged care sector. I would love to see these students caring for our older people here in Australia.
Many aged care workers come from multicultural backgrounds, and they do an amazing job. They bring care, compassion, kindness and respect into the lives of older people every day. It is a privilege to be part of their learning journey and to help prepare them for meaningful work in aged care.

So proud to be part of our students’ learning journey in aged care and disability, our 3rd batch. As their Trainer and Assessor, I have the privilege of delivering Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) training through our online classrooms in Manila, Philippines. It is inspiring to see their dedication, passion, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
Many of these students will soon come to Australia to begin meaningful careers in aged care and disability support, where their skills, compassion, and professionalism will be greatly valued. I can't wait to start our Cebu students e-learning soon. Mabuhay! 🇦🇺🇵🇭✨
