To All Our Valued Clients,

During the colder months we will be changing our salon hours.

May 1st to August 31st salon hours will be strictly as follows Monday to Friday:

Monday - Closed
Tuesday - 10 to 5pm
Wednesday - 10 to 7pm
Thursday - 10 to 7pm
Friday - 10 to 5pm

With the colder months and covid cancellations we are putting these hours into place from May 1st 2022.

Little covid policy update!

Covid is a bummer for everyone, especially us as a small business. We are losing upwards of $400 a week with covid cancellations.

We have decided to bring in salon policies that are as follows:

1. If you’re covid positive, cancel your appointment ASAP so we have time to fill your appointment.

2. If you’re a close contact, please rearrange your appointments until you know you are clear.

Cancellations on the day due to covid will require the appointment to be paid for in full as we have no time to fill your appointment spot.

We will do everything we can to accomodate you but please be mindful of us too.

COVID ALERT! ✨

Due to the salon having to close for two days as a casual contact and go through a deep clean last week, we are installing these policies, active immediately.

All clients must come wearing a mask and wear their mask for the duration of all treatments
(Except facial waxing below the nose).

If you, your partner or anyone you are living with is a close contact or waiting on test results, please reschedule your appointment.

When you arrive ensure to use our QR check in, located under our large print on the wall as you walk through the door.

Hands need to be sanitised at reception desk upon entering the salon.

If you feel sick or under the weather in the slightest please reschedule your appointment, we can’t stress how important this is!

As you can imagine we are a small business with no subsidy’s when forced to close.

Covid isn’t going away but our business will if people don’t do the right thing, every casual or close contact shuts our doors, and that doesn’t pay our bills.
