I've been a little quiet this past week because I've been enjoying a family holiday in Mt Buller after a very busy few months of work.

Between playing in the snow, making family memories, and taking time to slow down, I've also managed to treat myself to two massages and a facial... because what else do you do on holiday? 😂💆‍♀️

It's been the perfect reset and a great reminder of how important it is to look after ourselves. We all need time to pause, recharge, and invest in our own well-being.
