Wu Tao Adelaide
www.wutaoadelaide.com Wu Tao (which means The Dancing Way) is based on the health system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It doesn’t matter what age you are.
The main form of Wu Tao involves five dances, based on the Chinese Five Elements of Air, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. Each dance is performed to specially composed music and involves movements designed to stretch and activate energy channels in the body (called meridians). Practising the dances harmonises energy flow in the body and the end result is an experience of beauty, balance and harmony -
