I’m always in the garden and kitchen making up recipes for hair and face masks and today I’m sure I’ve found a winner!
For stronger and healthier looking hair,
All you need is:
—-One leaf of Aloe Vera—-
Aloe vera contains something called proteolytic enzymes which repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair all smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp, reduces dandruff and conditions your hair.
—-One Egg—-
The yolk may be especially useful to moisturize hair that appears dry. Egg yolk can be superfood for your hair due to the unique combination of vitamins found inside. Vitamins A and E, biotin, and folate are just some of the nutrients that researchers have linked to hair growth and healthy hair.
—-3-5 table spoons of coconut oil—-
Coconut oil is rich in anti-microbial properties, lauric acid, and medium-chain fatty acids that strengthen hair, condition the scalp, and help to regrow hair. ... Rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, the nourishing benefits coconut oil for hair keeps your hair strong, shiny and looking great!

I mixed these 3 ingredients together in my trusty Tupperware Turbochef (get yourself one! Trust me!)

Then I massage the concoction all over my hair from roots to tips and let it all soak in for a few hours.

Finally I washed out with shampoo and conditioner as normal (making sure the water isn’t to hot otherwise you end up with scrambled eggs though your hair)

TIP: try to allow to air dry but give your roots a quick blast for added volume (something that us straight haired girls can always do with!)
