Can’t rotate your back without pain?

In this session we used manual therapy, cupping with passive movement, and mobilisation to unlock her right rotation.

More rotation.

Thoracic mobility is often overlooked, but it affects almost everything.

A stiff upper back forces your lower back and shoulders to do work they were not designed for. Over time, that leads to tightness, poor posture, and discomfort

When your thoracic spine moves well, you rotate better, breathe better, and move with less strain. Lifting, training, and daily movement all feel smoother

These three exercises are beginner friendly, require no equipment (just a wall), and are an easy place to start if you feel tight through your upper back

3️⃣ T-spine Wall Extensions

8-10 reps each
