A note from Maya - Every Sunday.

I've been noticing something lately.

There's a lot of talk about resting, but I don't think enough gets said about timing.

I'm not talking about exposure days, this is about the good days, when I'm on the up and feel like I could keep going.

I've realised I need to stop before my body actually stops me. And the clues telling me that are so subtle, it almost feels like I'm quitting early, like I could have pushed on a little further.

But that's exactly the moment that matters most.

A Note from Maya - Every Sunday

Ohmaia is officially live.

But if I'm honest, it's been alive in my heart for a long time before today.

What a journey this has been. To finally see it out there in the world, real, live, ready for people to find, I don't quite have the words for it yet. I just know that the fact I have actually done it, honestly, feels like such an accomplishment.

I'm not sure people fully understand what it takes to build something like this while navigating a body that doesn't always let you show up the way you want to. MCS has shaped so much of my life, and there were moments I knew this day would come but didn't know when. I just knew I had to keep going, no matter how slow.

From here, I know Ohmaia will take on a life of its own. My part was to bring it into being and keep showing up, and now it gets to find its own way in the world.

I couldn't have done this the way I did without the people around me, the ones who brought the practical pieces to life, and my friends, who supported me every step of the way.

Whatever happens from here is a blessing and I'm looking forward to watching it all unfold.
