A calming evening experience designed to help you slow down, unwind and prepare for deep, restorative sleep.
Your ritual includes a magnesium foot soak whilst sipping our handcrafted Deep Sleep Tea. This is followed up with a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder relaxation massage and a facial and scalp massage utilising our sleep-designed aromatherapy oils and roller application. Includes a take home Sleep Ritual card.

We are back from our little adventure at the Delirious West 100 miler. I finished in 35 hours 27 minutes. Body feels great and Unwind@Albany is back open. Fully booked this week but there are still appointments available next week. We look forward to seeing you soon. 💜

It’s that time of the year again where I tackle the Delirious West 100 miler, running from Walpole back to Albany next week. Unwind@Albany will be closed from this Friday (Good Friday) until the 14th of April 2026. Look forward to seeing you all when we are back 💜.

We are back from holidays and into the full swing of things again.
