Advanced Anti-Wrinkle and Dermal Filler treatments to defy signs of ageing.

13/09/2026

SkinPen® microneedling has arrived at Innerglo.

Microneedling uses a precision device to create controlled micro-injuries within the skin, triggering the skin’s natural repair response.

The aim? To support healthier-looking skin, improve the appearance of skin texture and encourage the natural processes involved in skin renewal.

At Innerglo, each SkinPen treatment is tailored to your skin, your concerns and where your skin is at that point in time.

I love that microneedling can be part of a longer-term approach to skin health rather than being about a quick fix.

Healthy skin is a process — and sometimes, consistency is where the magic happens.

If you’re curious about SkinPen and whether it’s suitable for your skin, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Have you noticed that fine lines seem to become more noticeable as the years go by?

There’s actually more going on than simply “getting older”.

As we age, our skin gradually produces less collagen and elastin. Cell turnover can slow, hydration can change and the skin becomes less resilient.

Then there are all the years of facial movement, sun exposure and environmental factors that our skin has experienced along the way.

All of these things contribute to changes in the way our skin looks and feels.

There is NO one-size-fits-all approach to ageing skin.

Understanding what is changing is an important part of working out what your skin actually needs.

Before we talk about treatment, we talk about you.

What are you hoping to achieve? What bothers you? What have you tried before? And, importantly, what don’t you want?

A good consultation isn’t about trying to convince you to have a treatment. It’s about taking the time to understand your concerns, assess your individual needs and talk through the options available to you.

Sometimes that means creating a treatment plan.
Sometimes it means starting with your skin.
And sometimes the best advice is to do nothing at all.

That’s why I believe the consultation is just as important as the treatment itself.

If you’ve been wondering where to start, you’re always welcome to book a consultation at Innerglo.

Cleanse. Treat. Protect.

Let’s not complicate things.

There are so many skincare products, steps and routines out there that it’s easy to feel like you need a shelf full of products to have healthy skin.

But sometimes, simple and consistent really is best.

Think about your skincare routine in three simple steps:

CLEANSE
Gently cleanse your skin to remove makeup, sunscreen, oil and the build-up from the day.

TREAT
Choose a product that is suited to your particular skin concern — whether that’s hydration, pigmentation, congestion, texture or signs of ageing.

PROTECT
Support your skin with a moisturiser and, every day, SPF. ☀️

Your routine may need a little more depending on your skin and your goals, but you don’t need to use everything at once.

The best skincare routine is one that suits your skin, fits into your life and is consistent.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by skincare or simply aren’t sure what your skin actually needs, that’s exactly what we can work through together at Innerglo.

Cleanse. Treat. Protect.
Keep it simple.

A little transparency about my Socials… 🤍

You may have noticed that my social media looks a little different to some aesthetic clinics, or perhaps it look the similar at times.

There are a couple of reasons for that.

Firstly, yes — some of my content is AI-assisted. 🤖
It helps me organise my thoughts, create visuals and turn my ideas into something that looks polished.

But the clinical knowledge, professional judgement, treatment planning and patient care behind Innerglo? That’s all me. 👩🏼‍⚕️

Secondly, Australia has very specific rules around advertising medicines and regulated health services. Many treatments used in cosmetic medicine involve prescription-only medicines, which means there are things I simply cannot advertise or promote publicly.

So when you see me talking about skin health, facial assessment, consultation, treatment planning and education, there is a reason for it.

And then there is something else that is really important to me…

I respect my patients’ privacy. 🤍

I don’t believe that someone coming into my clinic for a medical treatment automatically means their face, their treatment or their experience should become content for Socials.

These are medical treatments.
Real people.
Real conversations.
And sometimes, those things belong right here — in the consultation room, not on Socials

So if you’ve ever wondered why you don’t see lots of patient photos, treatment videos or dramatic results plastered across my page…

Now you know.

What you will see here is a little window into Innerglo — education, skin health, my clinic, my approach to treatment and the things I think are genuinely worth sharing.

Because I want this page to reflect the same thing I value inside my clinic:

professionalism, honesty, privacy and care. 🤍

My skin isn’t perfect — and honestly, I don’t hate that. 🤍

It’s come a long way over the past couple of years.

After many years of not giving my skin the care it really deserved, along with plenty of sun exposure and the inevitable changes that come with getting older, I’ve finally learnt to prioritise my skin health.

These days, I genuinely enjoy looking after my skin. I use good quality skincare, have regular professional treatments and make a conscious effort to keep my skin healthy, hydrated and cared for.

But even when your skin is doing well, there’s always room for improvement — especially as we move through our 40s and beyond.

And that’s exactly why I’m so excited about this next chapter.

After months of learning, training, researching and really understanding the science behind this treatment, I’m so happy to finally experience it for myself and share the journey with you.

I’m particularly excited about supporting my skin’s natural regenerative processes and giving it the opportunity to work on the things that naturally slow down as we age.

I’m not looking for perfect skin.

I’m looking for healthy, strong, hydrated skin that continues to look and feel like mine. ✨

And as someone in her late 40s, I’m very excited to see where this journey takes my skin. 🤍

IT’S HERE. ✨

The wait is finally over…

I’m incredibly excited to introduce Sunekos® to Innerglo Skin Clinic.

As many of you know, I’ve been researching, training and preparing for this treatment for some time, and I’m so excited to finally have it available at Innerglo.

This is a new addition to my treatment offering that takes a different approach to improving skin quality — focusing on hydration, skin structure and the visible signs of ageing.

Sunekos® combines hyaluronic acid and amino acids in a treatment designed to support the structure and quality of mature skin.

It’s particularly exciting for clients who are noticing changes such as:

✨ Fine lines
✨ Reduced skin elasticity
✨ Dehydrated or tired-looking skin
✨ Changes in skin quality around delicate areas such as the eyes

Rather than being about adding significant volume, the focus is on skin quality and regeneration.

This is exactly the kind of treatment I’ve been wanting to bring to Innerglo — something that fits beautifully alongside my existing approach to personalised skin health, SkinPen and cosmetic treatment planning.

New treatment. New possibilities. Same Innerglo philosophy. 🤍

If you’ve been curious about improving the quality of your skin rather than simply adding volume, I’d love to talk to you about whether this treatment may be appropriate for you.

Skin Regeneration Consultations are now available.

Your skin can do some pretty amazing things. ✨

SkinPen creates tiny, controlled micro-channels in the skin. This encourages the skin’s NATURAL REPAIR PROCESS.

SkinPen stimulates fibroblasts — the cells responsible for producing collagen and other important components of the skin’s structure — helping support improvements in skin quality, texture and firmness over time.

No magic wand. No overnight fix. Just giving your skin a little nudge and letting it get to work. 🤍

Curious about SkinPen? I’d love to have a chat and see if it’s right for your skin.

So, what does “regeneration” actually mean when we’re talking about skin? 🧬

Our skin is constantly repairing, renewing and rebuilding itself.

One of the key players in this process is the fibroblast — a cell responsible for producing collagen and other components of the skin’s extracellular matrix.

Collagen helps provide the skin with structure, strength and firmness. But as we age, the activity of these natural processes changes, and our skin doesn’t regenerate quite as efficiently as it once did.

This is where the conversation around regenerative aesthetics becomes really interesting.

Rather than simply focusing on adding volume or changing what we see on the surface, regenerative approaches look at ways of supporting the skin’s own biological processes and, ultimately, its quality, resilience and structure.

It’s a fascinating area of skin science — and one I’m very excited to be learning more about. 🤍

Because great skin isn’t just about what we see on the surface.
