MELASMA.

Melasma is one of the most common -and often one of the most challenging - forms of pigmentation to manage.

Unlike isolated sun spots, melasma is influenced by a combination of factors, including ultraviolet (UV) exposure, visible light, hormones and genetics. This is why management often requires more than a single treatment.

A personalised management plan may include:
☀️ Daily broad-spectrum SPF 50+ and, where appropriate, a tinted sunscreen to help protect against visible light.
🧴 Medical-grade skincare to support pigment management and skin health.
✨ Professional treatments, such as chemical peels or selected energy-based procedures, for appropriate patients following assessment.

There is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution. Understanding the type of pigmentation, your skin type and your medical history helps guide the most appropriate management approach.

WE'RE OPEN!

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for WYLAH Medical & Aesthetics.

While the clinic fit-out continues over the coming weeks and not every room is quite ready just yet, Dr Olivia Fox is officially back consulting in Orange.

Our very first week has already booked out - thank you for the incredible support and patience as we settle into our new home.

HotDoc is currently being finalised, along with a few Medicare and administrative systems, but we are very much open and welcoming patients.
