Your Skincare routine Vs Your next Brow appointment

Your skincare routine can make a BIG difference to how your skin reacts during brow waxing.

so here’s your little reminder to time those products correctly ✨

🤎 Gentle moisturisers + cleansers
Totally fine around your appointment.

🤎 AHAs + BHAs
Try not to overuse exfoliating acids before your appointment, especially around the brows.

🤎 Vitamin C + benzoyl peroxide
Can increase sensitivity. Ideally pause 48–72 hours before waxing.

🤎 Retinol + retinoids
These can make the skin much more fragile. Stop 5–7 days before your brow wax.

🚨 Accutane / oral retinoids
Waxing may be contraindicated due to the increased risk of skin lifting. Always let me know if you’re taking these before booking.

When in doubt, tell me what products you’re using! I’d much rather check first than risk irritating or lifting your skin. 🤍
