A real life client story, as a stylist l commonly see:

I wasn’t going to post this but, as hairstylist’s we want hair to turn out perfectly every time. And sometimes we have to say NO…….
All l could do was some foiling. No colour was done around the face. This is the life of a hairstylist with real clients who need help. Not just take money from them. Help them. Put a plan together and work towards it 🙏
This client lives in a remote location due to her profession. Whenever she comes home, l have to TRY and help her hair. It’s like she is bringing her hair to the hair doctor 🙊
Her hair integrity is not great. Unfortunately she has had her hair snapped off both from colouring and constantly lightening her hair all the way through, over and over. High volumes of peroxide used and combined with cheap bags of powder lightener filled with chalk filler. She’s had uneven haircuts, holes cut in her hair and chunks cut out of her hair. All from high end salons in her area.
And you know what, sometimes it’s a healthy hair journey we need to go on. Not a blonde one.
This client will be back in July for some more Dr hair health!
