Thoroughly enjoyed diving in deep into the art + life of Frida Kahlo yesterday. What a woman… to overcome all of those hurdles and create with such passion and style in all areas of her life - such an inspiration.

Everyone who knows me well, knows my love of oysters 🦪 … so I couldn’t help creating a special oyster plate and matching condiment oyster with light peach, black and gold glazing, to pretty up the table of for her special Birthday. So much fun experimenting with earthy, cold clay at my friend May’s local ceramic studio.

Sneak peak of the Brand identity I designed for my local pub which is getting an exciting refresh and will be opening in early 2025 🤌🏼 . The typography was inspired by the old hand crafted typefaces that lined the walls in frames of articles and images from the past… the tagline crowned from the title of a poem of Blackwood by an old time local lady Grace Rayner… and the B-H key icon was developed to symbolise the secret nature of the location of the pub - It really is a haven tucked in the hills of the Lerderderg and Wombat state Park Forest - if you know, you know. If you don’t, you should 😉.
