[Top Haircuts ] Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy

Appointments can be made online, via phone or text message.

Appointments Only: We operate strictly by appointment to ensure every client receives dedicated service. No walk-ins.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before your appointment to avoid charges.

If canceled within [12 hours], a [50% charge] applies.

Rescheduling is allowed up to [24 hours] before your appointment.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up without notice, you may be charged [50% or full amount].

Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or upfront payments.

4. Late Arrival

If you are more than [15 minutes] late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened.

If we can’t accommodate you due to lateness, a [50% fee] will apply.

5. Payment
Full payment is required before leaving the shop.
