A clean face allows us to assess your skin properly.
It also gives your facial treatment more time to focus on your skin goals.

Bring your bare face whenever possible. Your skin will thank you for it.

2. Tell me about every product

Yes, even the viral TikTok product. There is no judgement in the treatment room. I simply need to know what we are working with.

Some products may affect your skin barrier or treatment suitability. Honesty helps me to create safer and more effective results.

3. Wear SPF every day!!

Not only before your appointment. Not only when the sun is shining. Daily SPF is one of the most valuable beauty habits you can build.

Choose a broad-spectrum SPF 50🧴Apply it every morning and reapply every 2 hours. This helps support your skin goals and protect you against sun damage.

4. Stop picking your skin

I know it is tempting. But picking can create more inflammation and contribute to pigmentation, scarring and a longer healing process.

August looked like slow mornings, prioritising my health, taking time for skin rituals, enjoying beautiful moments with friends and looking after my beautiful clients.
