Postpartum can be one of the most demanding seasons that a mother will ever go through. All the while she is recovering from pregnancy, healing from birth, loosing critical amounts of sleep and having the biggest hormonal dip in her life.

Here, we do not treat postpartum care lightly.
We have been doing it for 5+ years.
We take it very seriously.
Because we have seen what happens when women don’t, and it’s not ideal.
When women don’t receive this care - they end up more depleted, undernourished, anxious and are more prone to depression. And this can stay lodged in their nervous system into their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and even impact their experience of menopause.

The world needs to start waking up to the importance of postpartum care.

We offer postpartum care to help mothers heal optimally, both physically and emotionally so she can feel more supported, nourished and strong.
