I always make an effort to confirm appointments through texts and calls, but it still impacts my schedule and revenue. Consistent no-shows can disrupt the flow of my day and make it hard to serve other clients who genuinely want to come in. I understand that life happens, but I really appreciate it when people communicate if they can't make it. It helps me manage my time better and ensures that I can continue providing the best service possible so please take note I will be bringing in a no show fee and late cancellation fee.
