Healing isn’t always found in doing more, fixing more, stopping our thoughts or searching further.
Sometimes it’s found in the moments we allow ourselves to fully live
To laugh freely.
To dance without thinking.
To smile just because.
Joy, connection, play, presence… these are medicine too 🤍
After a few weeks off and a name change.. we are back!
And wow… did we need that 🤍
Our classes are something we genuinely look forward to each fortnight. Not only do we hold space for others to regulate, rest, and reconnect, but these sessions fill our cups every single time too.
There’s something so powerful about consistency and community. Creating this space regularly brings a deep sense of safety to our own nervous systems, allowing us to show up with even greater presence and capacity for others 🥰
Life softens when we stop rushing for answers and start moving with curiosity.
There’s beauty in the unexpected moments, the lessons, the pauses, and everything we discover along the way.
A little reminder that slowing down is productive too. ✨
Tonight I poured into myself the same way I love pouring into others. Cacao, breath, stillness, and a moment to reconnect with my body and heart and a little fire.
Feeling deeply nourished and so excited to hold space again Monday night with beautiful souls ready to soften, release, and receive
