A few years in, and I still have moments where I look around and think… bloody hell, I built this.

You could go anywhere, and somehow you keep choosing my hands, my space and my slightly questionable chats 😂

Thank you for trusting me with your skin, your stories, your quiet, your tears, your snores… all of it. 🤍

What a bloody privilege this little business is.

Your body can be lying down… and still not be resting.

You can be on the couch, in bed, having a facial
and your body can still be subtly bracing.

Jaw tight.
Shoulders lifted.
Neck holding tension.
Breath shallow.

Sometimes the body doesn’t need you to try harder to relax.

It needs to feel supported enough to finally let go.

This is one of the reasons I love incorporating slow, intentional neck work into my treatments. That feeling of someone else quite literally taking the weight of your head for a moment… 🤌🏼

And then there’s Ty.

Apparently his nervous system took “let go” VERY seriously. 😴😂

Sound on for the evidence 🔊

We hear the word “detox” thrown around a LOT when it comes to lymphatic drainage… but that’s not really what’s happening. 💧

Lymphatic drainage isn’t squeezing toxins out of your face.

We’re just helping excess fluid move along the pathways your body already uses every single day.

Your lymphatic system is basically your body’s own transport network. It collects excess fluid from your tissues, moves it through lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, and eventually returns that fluid back into your circulation.

Which is why after facial lymphatic drainage you might notice:

✨ Less puffiness around the eyes
✨ More definition through the cheeks
✨ A more sculpted-looking jawline
✨ That lighter, less “puffy” feeling

And the best part?

Lymphatic work doesn’t need to be aggressive.

These vessels sit very superficially, so gentle, intentional movements can be exactly what we want.

Your body already has an incredible system doing this work for you every single day sometimes we’re simply giving it a little helping hand. 🤍

And honestly, the real anatomy is far more interesting than saying we’re “flushing toxins.”

Your lymphatic system isn’t a detox trend. It’s anatomy.

Save this one for the next time someone tells you they need to “detox” their face. 😂

Your skin doesn’t exist separately from the rest of you.

Sometimes a client gets on my bed and before we’ve even really started, I can feel how much she’s been holding.

The jaw that never quite switches off.
The shoulders creeping towards the ears.
The face that’s being held tight without her even realising.

And stress can influence skin too through things like inflammation, barrier function, oil production and behaviours such as picking.

That’s why I’ve become so interested in what sits beneath what we see on the skin.

Because sometimes the answer isn’t another aggressive treatment.

Sometimes it’s supporting the skin barrier, slowing everything down, working with the face and lymphatics, and giving the whole person somewhere to soften.

Your skin is part of you. Not a separate problem to fix.

Save this if you’ve ever noticed your skin changes when life gets a little… life-y. 🤍

With love,

If chaos was once normal, peace can actually feel uncomfortable.

Ever finally get a quiet moment…

and suddenly you’re cleaning something that absolutely did not need cleaning? 😂

Or checking your phone.
Thinking about work.
Making a mental list.
Wondering what you’ve forgotten.
Finding something that needs doing.

Because somehow just… sitting there feels weird.

Your nervous system loves what it knows.

So if it’s used to rushing, fixing, worrying, being needed, thinking ahead and holding 400 things in your head at once…

peace can feel unfamiliar.

And unfamiliar doesn’t always feel safe.

So maybe you don’t need to get better at “relaxing.”

Maybe you just need to give your body more little moments where nothing is required of you.

Sit outside with your coffee.
Sing while you make dinner.
Stand barefoot on the grass.
Leave your phone inside.
Let the washing wait another 10 minutes.

And when your brain says…

“Shouldn’t we be doing something?”

Maybe your answer becomes:

No. We’re learning that this is safe too. 🤎

Send this to the person who physically cannot sit down without finding another job to do 😂

This is your sign to leave your dry, dull winter skin behind ✨

The Winter to Spring Skin Ritual was created to deeply refresh your skin while your whole body completely switches off.

Think gentle exfoliation, barrier loving hydration, LED, slow Gua Sha lymphatic drainage, reflexology and the kind of scalp massage that makes you melt into the bed 🤤

Then you leave glowing, deeply relaxed and carrying your own Synergie Skin gift bag to continue your afterglow at home.

This is not a permanent treatment and appointments are limited.

If your skin has been feeling dry, tired or just different lately, this is for you.

Book the Winter to Spring Skin Ritual now before it disappears 🤍

We’re living in a world that celebrates busy.

But your body wasn’t designed to sprint through every moment of your life.

The irony is that when we slow down, regulate our nervous system, and become fully present, we often think more clearly, make better decisions, and have more energy for the things that truly matter.

Maybe being present isn’t the opposite of productivity.

Maybe it’s the foundation of it.

When was the last time you were fully present for just five minutes? 🌿
