I used to assume that if something was allowed on the shelf, someone had made sure it was safe for us to use every day. But that’s unfortunately not the case.

Learning I was high-risk for breast c*ncer was the reason I finally started looking properly. But what I learned very quickly is that this isn’t a high-risk-women conversation. We all have hormones, and we all have bodies processing what we’re exposed to every day.

And once I did start looking, I couldn’t really unsee it - particularly when I started understanding that what we put on our bodies, spray around us and breathe in can also become an internal-health conversation.

For me, it’s not about giving women another thing to monitor, optimise or worry about.

It’s almost the opposite.

It’s understanding this part of our bodies beyond the disease conversation: how our breasts change, what influences them, how they connect to the rest of our health, and how we can actually include them in the way we care for ourselves.

Because somehow we built entire industries around optimising literally everything - while b***s mostly got left out of the everyday wellness conversation.

There’s a whole lot more to know about our breasts than most of us were ever taught.

I wanted to share the mission behind everything we’re building for the new followers here. And for those who’ve been here a while, I love you!

For too long, breast care has been the missing piece in modern wellbeing. We create intentional rituals for our skin, our gut health, our movement and our hair… yet our breasts are often left out of the conversation until something feels wrong or we’re sitting in a clinical room.

I believe women deserve better than that.

Nuni was created to help pioneer a new category: modern breast care.
