I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of the beautiful women who have walked through my doors this year. No matter if you are an OG brow babe or a new client that’s ventured my way, your presence and support means everything to me.

I’ve loved being a part of your yearly journey and supporting you through all the twists and turns of 2025. The laughs, tears, triumphs and moments we’ve shared is what makes my job so rewarding. The joy I feel in creating a safe space, killer brows and soulful connections is something I pride myself in and will continue to do in 2026.

2026 is going to be a big year ahead and I’m excited for this chapter.

As of August 1st 2025, there will be a slight price increase of 5% across my professional services.

This decision never comes lightly and as you know, I try my best to hold off price increases the best I possibly can however with the continued rise in product costs, it is essential that I make this adjustment.

All existing appointments that have been made at the time of this post will be honoured.

As always, I appreciate your understanding with this change and am grateful for your continued support to myself and my small business.

Running my small business requires precise scheduling for clients and myself to ensure the best experience is always guaranteed. Last minute cancellations/no shows have a detrimental impact on my small business which is why I have a cancellation policy in place. As you all know, I always do my best to fill these last minute appointments with my wait list to avoid you needing to pay these fees however sometimes this isn’t possible, therefore the fees are unavoidable.

Here are some things to think about surrounding this topic, more importantly - Cancellation fees are NEVER personal.

➝ Loss of income impacts business overheads.
It’s almost impossible to fill that time slot when a client cancels on short notice resulting in a loss of income for that designated time when the service was ready to be performed. That income helps in the running of keeping a sustainable business, wages and covering the costs of high quality products that you as my clients enjoy.

➝ Fairness to other clients.
When a client cancels late, another client who needed that appointment may have missed out. Charging a cancellation fee encourages clients to respect my booking system, allowing me to serve as many of my clients as possible.

➝ Time protection and livelihood.
I dedicate my time to preparing for each individual client and their specific services. When a client cancels last minute, that preparation time is wasted, and therefore missed earnings. Charging a fee helps compensate me for my time and efforts.

➝ Encouraging commitment & respect.
Having a cancellation policy in place encourages clients to be mindful when booking and only schedule appointments they intend to keep. It ensures mutual respect for my time and my small business.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, which is why I aim to be fair and transparent with my policies. Enforcing my policy allows me to continue providing high-quality services that you and I enjoy so much.

Thank you to everyone who already understands this and never hesitates to pay their cancellation fee, your honesty and understanding is highly valued and respected.
