Morning or evening — when do you prefer to have a massage?

I was recently chatting with a client about whether they prefer a massage in the morning or in the evening.

There’s no right or wrong answer — and I think both can feel quite different.

For me, I’m more of a daytime person. ☀️

A massage during the day can leave me feeling a little lighter, more refreshed, and somehow brighter. I love being able to carry that relaxed feeling with me throughout the rest of the day.

One of my clients recently told me that this is exactly why they prefer a daytime massage — they enjoy feeling good and relaxed for the rest of their day.

Evening massages can be lovely too, especially if you have trouble winding down, prefer to relax before bed, or simply have a busy day and want to switch off afterwards.

I usually take appointments up to 6pm, so you can still enjoy a massage after work.
(For couples bookings, the latest start time is 5pm)

So rather than there being a “best” time,
I think the best time is simply the time that feels right for you.
