What a weekend Ab Collection had.
I did my first stall at the Rural Women Unite Inc luncheon.
Which raises money for Virtual Psychologist and they smashed their target of $100,000. Well done ladies.
I got to met the beautiful Tess from Wellness & Style Collective, who i did a collaboration with for the goodie bags.
I got to spend some time with the beautiful Kylie Kylie Bartlett | Spinal Energetics & Nervous System Coach, at the lucheon and at my Beautiful salon.
And lastly i got to spend some time with the other beautiful humans in my life Gayette, Addy, Georgia and Michelle.
I want to give a shout out to the Beautiful ladies who drop my, said hello and bought some of my products.
It was lovely to meet you all.
I hope you all had a great weekend and a great week ahead.

One of the biggest things I hear from women is:
"I just don't have time for self-care."
And I understand it.
When you're juggling work, family, relationships, appointments, responsibilities and everything else life brings, adding another "self-care routine" to the list can actually feel like another job.
So I want us to think about it differently.
What if we stopped trying to find time and started changing how we use some of the moments we already have?
Your shower can become your reset.
Your haircare routine can become five quiet minutes.
Applying your body balm before bed can become a moment to slow down.
Your essential oils can signal that the working day is over.
Your face mask can become five minutes without your phone.
These aren't huge lifestyle changes.
They're small, intentional rituals.

Ab collection has been a working progress for the past 7 years.
Its has taught me so much, has been a great asset to my salon and it has given me so many opportunities.
It has connected me with some amazing people.
There has been alot of love and tears gone into this brand. Moments where i wanted to just walk away.
But
Seeing this is why it makes it all woth while. Seeing people give you the opportunity to showcase such beautiful products.
This fills my heart and soul with so much gratitude.
