Sauna will be closed from 24th Dec — 24th Jan.

Last few 1:1 sessions are booking up until the 23rd Dec. (Couple of spots left)
Breathwork sessions will be available online from 2nd Jan.
In-person (Coffs) from the 24th Jan onwards.
