Every nurse gets taught the pen is sacred. Then you enter aesthetics and realize nobody's fighting over a pen, it's the white pencil that runs the whole clinic. I mark with it, I plan with it, I panic when I can't find it five minutes before a client walks in.

And here's a confession: whenever I go to a makeup store, finding a white eyeliner pencil that glides on effortlessly and erases with minimal effort is pure REVELATION.
