ZAOFITNESS OCTOBER SCHOOL HOLIDAY CLINIC REGISTRATION:
- What - Oztag, soccer and cricket Skills and games day
- Date - Thursday 3rd October
- Venue - Solander Playing Fields Captain Cook Drive
- Time - 930am - 1230pm
- Ages - 5-10 year olds
- Includes - 3hr sports clinic (oztag, soccer, cricket, speed, agility and games) and Zaofitness hat
- Cost - $50/child
- Bring - oztag shorts, footy boots, hat, suncream, water and snacks

Zaofitness is launching today a new personalised Sutherland to Surf 8-week run program.
This program will be tailored to your individual needs based on your current speed, S2S goal time and also how many runs you can do as part of the program.
This is an evidence based program that will include up to 3 runs / week as well as a core and stretch program to help you get to the start and the finish line of this years Sutherland to Surf with a smile on your face!
