Kids yoga enables children to manage and understand their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Our yoga is based on the art of meridian yoga therapy and is brought to you with the intention of empowering our young people to have healthy bodies and minds.
In our classes we teach coping strategies using breathwork and relaxation as well as strengthening and stretching our bodies 🧘♀️
