I’ve been gently spreading the word… with a smile..
…that familiar one.. the one you see & feel, when I see you, …because, I genuinely light up in your presence, and I feel the ‘connection. The joy and the humility in our humanness, the gratitude, the energy and the magic shared✨🙏✨

It has been an absolute privilege to have massaged your beautiful bodies, hearts & minds ~ with my full heart, in a place I have lovingly nurtured, and for you to land softly ~💫

It was an an innate calling … as I remember, as far back as 4 years of age… I couldn’t wait to place my hands on my Mum’s back….and lucky for my Gran .. her sore feet had me soothing all the places, scarred from her school days, when money was scarce, and she had squeezed her feet into hand me downs! ‘Touch’ would always feel so natural to me.

In my role as a Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, I’ve held a deep awareness, educated myself, and witnessed the powerful healing of Massage and energy work in its many forms.

As I’ve grown, the mind~body connection ~ nature, our collective consciousness continues to inspire me. Most of all, the wisdom of lived experiences helps me relate to life and energetically I would say we are all moving into a place where we ‘feel’ more connected.

Learning to trust my intuition, question my own thoughts, delve into the subconscious & walk with my shadow (ouch) ~ has been messy, uncomfortable, necessary to meet myself with love and all involved ~ with compassion. My posts will continue to support in this way ✨💚✨

So the date is set ~ 12:12 ~ A Master Number day will see me step out of Massage and into channeling my energy in a whole new way 💫

9:9, 9:11 and the September energies are doing their job, in collapsing any internal ‘towers’. Inviting in a book end, completion, and a fresh look at life, and what’s truly igniting your soul.
The Tower card in Tarot is notoriously the least card we genuinely wish to see, and is usually followed with a deep in~breath. On the flip~side we come to know that any perceived chaos, instability or seemingly adverse breakdown that is associated with this energy, (and we still will naturally brace ourselves) we equally know that what is truly meant for us is a blessing. In actual fact, when we view our tower moments as a doorway or a break through to a New chapter, we can embrace a deeper level of our ‘selves’ loving and accepting with trust, surrender, and allowing the unfoldment of what’s opening up for us.
As we’re travelling this completion month, our seasons are bringing in the visual abundance imagery to remind us of all that is birthing and new. The princess pink French Lavender (its origins from Melbourne) is a ‘new’ lavender and it’s bursting at the seams in our garden. The colour pink brings an essence of the soft, playful, innocence we can all tap into if we choose. We, also currently have a Mother & Father duck with their 4 ducklings hanging out at the Dam 🦆
A powerful tool I practice is to tune into the feelings of excitement I experience when I see them and I invite in that energy to my life, and the abundance I can see in plain sight 💗

Will you listen ? Will you trust your intuition ?
It comes with a level of confidence, openness, fluidity, and self-love. We need to feel less rigid about life, and let life move us more to fully receive. I’ve learnt to listen to my instincts, my body, my heart. I’m unsure when ? … one thing I do know is the undeniable feeling I have, a deep calling within. It’s a smile of recognition and a cheerful “well, ok then !” 🧐 Ears perk up a little sharper (for extra data~incoming) and here it is .. the inner voice “there are no mistakes that you’ve recently been travelling through the Australian outback.. so be ready for more” .. “Thank you, Yes please, I AM 🧡

The Lionsgate portal opened on the 28th July, peaking on 8:8, and seeing us through to the 12th. Can you feel it? This gateway encourages us to embrace our personal power, be decisive, and maintain a gentle balance between strength & wisdom. In stillness, we can tap into the Buddha, presence itself, how it requires us to be patient, slow down, breathe, focus. Calling us to test our willingness to change, to self reflect, to take a deeper look. My hand is up… ✋I’m unveiling a new layer as these energies arrived. If I know I am the creatrix of my life, what needs my attention? what fears are knocking & need to be faced? If I’m ready to grow even more and walk with my lion heart like a badge of honour, can I let go of control? How can I love myself more, be compassionate, letting love lead, in the knowledge that love is the golden thread in every transaction ♾️♾️. This is a threshold period, calling in guardianship, strength, and power. Protection, comfort & support surrounds you always ✨

Colour therapy is a tool I use personally, and during my sessions with clients. In psychology colours, across the spectrum, hold meaning and purpose, influencing mood, emotions and behaviour. They are a powerful doorway and a visual tapestry of possibilities allowing our minds to connect with our emotional body. Fun fact is, wearing orange is a commonality particularly for sports uniforms,, mascots and branding, due to its eye~catching, high energy colour. We can add orange in the same way to brighten up our day. A pair of earrings, a cushion cover, or a piece of wall art … might just be that simple, significant change you create. In my hypnotherapy sessions I use colour in this way to bring depth & meaning, to the subconscious mind, working with specific colours to assist in the therapeutic healing process.

The July New Moon in cancer this week invites an emotional reset. A time for deep self-nurturing. An opportunity to slow our movements. Past memories may surface or current emotional feelings may e in the forefront, bringing an opportunity to be released and re-written. Your instincts & intuition will show up as your true barometer. Gratitude for my fluffy neighbour my mirror today …the “mirror” concept operates in two primary ways. The Shadow mirror (things we dislike) and the Bright mirror (things we admire). In this case, quite lovely, as I saw my own numerology mirrored back, which is my first observation ~ (tag number 8 ) Reminding me of what I’m balancing in myself as an 8 ~ both yin & yang and reminding me there’s always 2 sides.

This sweet interaction with a cute rugged miniature highland cow, helped me observe what I liked and anything I didn’t like… the word perfection and imperfection, and the topic of my hair ~ which can be messy, wild & unbrushed at times, came to mind. I’ve been working with letting go of how things look ~ it doesn’t have to be completely ‘perfect’.

When we are working with our shadow aspects we recognise in our own psychology that the things we intensely dislike in another are actually hidden disowned parts of our own personality, and once reclaimed and integrated, they are neutralised ~ no longer causing a trigger, heightened emotion or a reactionary response, freeing us from patterns we’d rather not keep experiencing.

Equally we learn through the bright mirror reflection the very things we admire in another, are actually qualities we already possess and haven’t yet expressed. I loved her presence, peaceful, undeterred, strong, well~fed stature.

It’s not every day you get to Hug a Giant Harp.. lucky for me ..one fine day on an adventure (with one of my Bestie’s) Crystal Waters OffGrid community Market Day found us up to all kinds of shenanigans… Beautiful home cooked foods, local produce, arts & crafts, amongst a high vibe of down to earth~soulful, fellow humans. Hugging it all in not just the Giant Harp 💚. It’s a moment and an image I love .. reason BE~ing, is that I was completely and happily en~Joy~ing my own skin, feeling at Peace, BE~ing the JOY, doing what I love … exploring life, one of many, magical adventures. So this memory is posing the question to you.. where are you at? ..in following the magic of your BE~ing~ness.
