The cooler weather means heaters and fires are getting cranked up to warm your home.

While the warmth feels comforting and cosy, dry heat also drys out your skin! And my skin has been feeling it!

Tonight's self care ritual was a 10min facial massage with the gorgeous Freyja Face Oil and resting up for half an hour - just because I can 😉

As always, I finish this gorgeous ritual with Freyja Clay Mask before showering.

For tonight's mask, I used milk and a little manuka honey to form a paste and paint it on my face, throat and décolletage.

Wow! The mask itself smelled divine! The smell of honey would tantalise my nostrils that took me back to summer days and wildflowers. It brought a full sensory experience of comfort, happiness, and relaxation.

With the mask removed my skin feels beautiful, incredibly soft and hydrated as well as looking visibly smoother.

What I love about working with a raw clay powder is that I can treat my skin with the changes each season brings. When my skin needs hydration, or soothing, or stimulating, I can easily give my skin what it needs – when it needs it!

This morning I saw the result of not applying my night product. Looking back at me in the mirror was the result of my laziness!

Under my eyes looked worn out and ...... lined 🤯

I will have to get over myself and take a photo one of these days and show you all,

You have days when you feel your skin needs something extra. Deep hydration as well as a deep cleanse. One of my self-care rituals is to massage a generous amount of Freyja Face Oil into my face, throat and decolletage.
