3 simple mistakes I see people make all the time when beginning their low tox journey. And I know this, because I was the same!
Going low tox is a journey and you’ll forever be learning something new.
Feeling really grateful for all the support I’ve received in the years I’ve been running this business. Your support, is supporting my family and my ability to stay at home with my babies. Thankyou 🤎
Experience the whimsical, floral and delicate blend of soft rose, the citrus of lemon and a hint of woodiness from sandalwood.
Meet ‘Aurora’, the all natural perfume oil you didn’t know you needed in your life until you smelt her beautiful aroma.
What if the products you use to make your home “clean” are actually affecting the air you breathe?
A 20-year study of more than 6,000 people found that women who regularly used cleaning products experienced a faster decline in lung function. The researchers found the decline was comparable to that seen with smoking around 10–20 ci******es a day over the study period.
That doesn’t mean cleaning your home is the same as smoking — but it does make you stop and think about what we’re repeatedly inhaling inside our homes.
We spend so much time thinking about what we eat and put on our skin, but what about what we breathe?
For me, low-tox living isn’t about creating a perfectly “chemical-free” home. It’s about reducing unnecessary exposure where we can.
Because a clean home shouldn’t have to come at the expense of the air we breathe. 🤍
One of the easiest low-tox swaps you can make at home 🌿
This DIY multipurpose spray takes just 3 ingredients and a couple of minutes to make.
✨ 1 tbsp Castile soap
✨ 1 cup water
✨ 20 drops essential oil — I used tea tree + lavender
Add everything to a spray bottle, give it a gentle shake and you’re ready to clean.
I love simple swaps like this because creating a lower-tox home doesn’t have to mean replacing everything at once. Start with the products you use most often and go from there.
Save this one for your next DIY cleaning day 🤍

This one is for the mums who read ingredients lists before a product touches their babies skin.
We couldn’t find a baby balm we felt comfortable using on our own kids, so we decided to create one ourselves.
Our Baby Balm is thoughtfully formulated with simple, nourishing ingredients chosen with delicate baby skin in mind. No synthetic fragrance, no unnecessary nasties, just a gentle balm for those little moments when their skin needs some extra love.
From dry patches and irritated skin to little cheeks, hands and bottoms, it’s become one of those products we always keep close by.
Because when it comes to our babies, we believe you shouldn’t have to compromise between something that works and something you feel good about using.
Made by a mum, for little ones 🤍
One little balm, so many uses 🤍
Made with simple, nourishing ingredients for those little moments when baby’s skin needs a little extra love.
No unnecessary fillers. No synthetic fragrance. Just a gentle, multi-purpose balm made with baby in mind.
Because sometimes, simple really is best.

I never had the intention of building a low tox product brand, but here we are ✨
My low tox journey started with something much simpler, questioning the products I was using everyday during my first pregnancy.
I started making small swaps around my home and experimenting with making my own products.
And somewhere along the way, I realised I could be sharing my knowledge with someone else. Starting out as a hobby, has turned into a passion. The philosophy behind Natural Home and Body.
Thank you for letting me be apart of your low tox journey 🍃
