When ORI Lab launched in 2022, we wanted to create something for the person who reads the back of the bottle. Someone who wanted clean, high-performance haircare that actually delivered and wasn’t willing to settle for one without the other. No compromises. Just results.
 
And you found it. You made ORI Lab yours, savoured your rituals, recommended it to friends and came back to it again and again. To every customer who welcomed ORI Lab into their routine, and every salon and stylist who believed in the brand, shared it with their clients and supported us along the way, your loyalty and belief meant more to us than we can properly say.
 
So it makes it all the harder to share this news. ORI Lab will be saying goodbye in Australia on Friday 28 August 2026 and in Europe on Friday 26 February 2027.
 
The honest reason? We made the call to bring our full energy and attention to the brands where we can deliver the highest standard possible. It’s a business decision. A considered one. And still a bittersweet one.
 
But we haven’t moved on from you. Everything that ORI Lab stood for, the performance obsession, the ingredient integrity, the belief that your hair deserves better, is still very much alive within NAK Hair. In fact, something new is coming. We’re not quite ready to talk about it yet, but we can tell you it’s powered by performance and worth the wait.
