Today was my first day back into lifting weights & cardio.
Since last Wednesday with this hectic time of the year, I’ve felt a little run down & tired after long days at work. I love my job with a passion so reserved my energy to finish each day with all I got & at the end of the day switch off & rest & eat super healthy. I believe it’s always wise to listen to your body, people panic when missing days off training but the key 🔑 is recovery & nutrition.

If you're consistent with your exercise program, taking a week off here and there won't seriously derail your progress. Remember, RECOVERY is #1.
It takes a lot more than a week off to undo all your hard work, so don't be afraid to rest if you're feeling tired and sore.
