We're back for 2025!! Well, I was back Monday the 6th, but we all know how behind I get with posting online (Will I improve this year with posting? We shall see! We do, however, welcome a new salon doggo!

This morning, there was a small (hopefully once off!) glitch with the online booking system where a client appeared to cancel her appointment for tomorrow (but she didn't). She messaged me saying as such.

If you get an email or text from the booking system saying that YOU cancelled your own appointment but you didn't, please let me know asap so I can look into this. I am hopeful this has just been a once off.
As a side note- If I ever needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you would never get an automatic text from me. You would get me in your inbox with a message and an explanation 🩷💅
