I’m so proud that Phoenix has contributed to our industry by training and mentoring the next generation of hairdressers. Watching apprentices grow into confident, skilled professionals is one of the greatest honours of my career. Teaching and mentoring isn’t just part of the job for me — it’s something I truly love.
