How long have you been a mum for?

Me you ask... over 18 years.. We have a 18 year old and 12 year old.
Now you all know or maybe as we are getting to know each other .. I can get fierce when speaking, thinking, acting for and about my babies (they will always be my babies) and I know you alll know I am a neonatal nurse and maybe some of you have worked out that how the years do not add up. There are a few reasons for this.
Firstly I became a mum spiritually when I found out I was pregnant, it was early on 4 weeks, but everything changed in that moment. The way I thought, the way I ate, what I drank, even at work, it all changed!! There was that protective connection right from that second I found out.
It was my job and duty as a mum to be the protector.

So when someone asks how long have you been a mum this is my answer. Knowing what I know now I wanted my answer to be longer, you see from researching and now understanding the impact our environment and the products that we use have on our bodies, and that can be passed genetically onto our children I wanted this answer to be longer.
I wish I had the education and knowledge I have now, as how to further protect my babies from environmental dangers.
Now knowing where chemicals are hidden, or in most cases open for all to see in the marketing tricks used, it is my passion to educate and give alternatives for the mummas and mummas to be and their babies. Chemical free alternatives that can have positive outcomes for our physical and emotional wellbeing
