Did you know that supporting small business can be as simple as hitting 'like' when they post something on facebook! The way facebook works is that they reward page posts with a higher reach if the post is 'liked'...

This enables the 'liked' post to show up in news feeds.

With all the algorithm changes on facebook, it means they've actually dropped their initial reach in the first place... basically its harder for a business page post to show up in news feeds unless its 'liked' by users...

So... supporting a small business can be as simple as hitting 'like' when you see them post something on facebook. You will help them gain valuable reach in news feeds which is what small businesses need.
