There is nothing more rewarding than hearing how our Adult Salt Rooms are making a difference to our community.
During the colder months, many of our clients make salt therapy part of their winter wellness routine. Whether it's helping to support their immune system, easing congestion, clearing the airways, or providing relief from ongoing sinus discomfort, they love having a natural way to care for themselves through winter.
If you're feeling the effects of winter or simply looking to prioritise your wellbeing, our Salt Rooms offer a peaceful space to breathe deeply, relax, and recharge.

At The Hub, we believe movement is about so much more than exercise.
It's about creating a space where people can let go, have fun, build confidence and leave feeling happier than when they arrived.

The people who feel nervous walking into a fitness class.
The ones finding their way back to movement.
The ones who simply want to dance, laugh and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment.
Our space is calm, welcoming and intentionally different.
Small classes. No pressure. No judgement.
Just genuine connection, encouragement and movement that makes people feel good.
We're looking for someone who can create that experience.
Someone who brings positive energy, makes people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door, and can adapt their classes for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Whether your style is Dance Fit, Zumba®, low-impact dance, or your own unique format, what matters most is your ability to help people move with confidence and joy.
You'll be self-motivated, reliable, a team player, and genuinely passionate about building community. If you believe fitness should be inclusive, supportive and fun, we'd love to hear from you.

One year ago today, I officially took over the full lease of shop 2 148-150 McClelland Ave Lara.
What followed was four and a half months of dust, paint, late nights, long weekends, endless to-do lists, and a whole lot of love.
It became a true family project. My kids picked up paintbrushes, my family gave up their weekends, and together we poured our hearts into creating what is now Your Harmony & Wellness Hub.
What many people didn't see was that life didn't stop while we were building. I was still working full-time in Your Beauty & Wellness Studio , my partner was still working full-time, and together we were raising our three children while trying to bring this dream to life.
We couldn't have done it without the incredible team of family and friends who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and gave their time, encouragement and support. We will never forget that.
Did I enjoy the build? Yes... and no. Did I enjoy the mess? Definitely not. But have I loved every moment since opening our doors? Absolutely, A thousand times over.
The Hub was built with one dream in mind: to create a space where people could come to breathe, heal, move, connect, and feel supported. Watching this community embrace that vision has been more rewarding than I could have imagined.
To every person who has attended a yoga class, visited our salt rooms, joined a fitness class, supported our small business, shared a post, told a friend, or simply walked through our doors... thank you.
The truth is, without this incredible community, The Hub wouldn't exist. I wouldn't have taken that leap if I didn't believe our community needed a space like this, and it's because of your ongoing support that we're still here, growing every day.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for an unforgettable first year. Here's to everything we've built together, and to all that's still to come.
