The white diet.

We recommend that you follow a white diet (eating foods that wouldn’t stain a white top) for at least 24 hours after your treatment.

WHY? Because after treatment your teeth are still developing. By eating heavy coloured food it could effect your results.

Some examples are:

-fish or chicken burger
-chicken and rice
-salad
-smoothie
-apples and bananas
-potatoes

Avoid any hot or cold food (like ice cream) for a minimum of 3 hours after treatment if you have sensitive teeth.

Desensitising Gel.

Do you suffer from sensitivity?

As part of our aftercare pack, we send you home with a desensitising gel, just incase you experience any sensitivity after the treatment.
