Huge news from up the tree.

Tree Fairy perfume is going to be all natural! I have worked as both mad scientist and lab monkey, as I do, to get it all essential oil based, so it's not just clean, but actually natural. No parabens, no DEP, just an alcohol base, with essential oils. No fake fragrances, so it's fragrance with benefits.

Why? Testing the 'clean' version that was not natural, I started after a few days getting my little itch, a few little bumps and my skin going pink. I was not selling that. I am very sensitive to perfumes, very few I can use, so I am the best lab monkey for my creations. Now I am happy.

It is going to smell incredible, plus have the benefits of essential oils, which the roll call is:

Grapefruit - Great for energy and the nervous system, plus smells amazing, this is the lead.

A little sweet orange, again nervous system and energy.

Roman Chamomile - Calm, anxiety and better sleep. This, combined with a little sweet orange is what mimics the peach perfectly.

Patchouli - this one reduces stress and even acts as an insect repellent.

Cedarwood - Relaxing and again, insect repellent.

How about that for a fragrance with benefits? I will start putting a little tester strip with some of it in the box with all orders from mid next week, so you can all take a whiff of your new favourite scent.

This smell is just 100% Tree Fairy. Beachy, fresh, clean salty air, fresh washed linen, and a little tiny bit fruity with a dash of greenery. Oh and the bottle will be a bit nicer, a more rounded bottle, brushed gold cap and spray. See the post above about our incoming gift set of fragrance and body lotion called Beaches and Trees. I am always creating. This is the only thing that isn't natural but it's flipping gorgeous, and it is clean, just not natural. I get little bumps and bright pink wherever I spray nearly all perfumes, but with this and other clean perfumes, I do not.

Tree Fairy perfume. Light, beachy with the salty air and the smell of freshly washed linen. Stays around all day, but not like a bad stink.

I made it for me, as I'm a fan of light scents that actually smell. I wore it and people kept asking what I was wearing.

It is obviously not natural, but it is clean. So lesson here, if you see clean skincare, or clean anything, it does not mean natural. It just means no parabens.

No major nasties. No DEP, or parabens.

Talk about what our products actually do, not what they'll make you look like
Take a position, publicly, and hold it

Because we think that's what it means to actually be an anti-beauty-standards brand, rather than just claiming to be one.

"Gender neutral" has become another marketing term, slapped on a product because the packaging is beige and the scent is "clean." That's not what we mean.

Tree Fairy products are gender neutral because skin doesn't have a gender. Eczema doesn't check your pronouns. Redness doesn't care how you identify. Healthy skin is just healthy skin, and everyone deserves it.
